Los Angeles and Seattle

The Los Angeles Lakers are back on the court tonight, once again out to prove that they are still the best team in the West.  They will take the Seattle Sonics head on at the Staples Center and this is the fourth and final meeting between the squads.  The Lakers have the advantage as they are currently 3-0 against Seattle this season and have successfully captured five in a row overall int he series.  The Lakers remain a half-game ahead of the New Orleans Hornets for the top spot in the Western Conference playoff race.  They own a one game lead over second place Phoenix in the Pacific division.

The Lakers are 2308 as the host this season, while Seattle has really been dropping in the marks lately.  They have thus far lost seven in a row as the visitors and they are remembered for losing 14 straight games earlier this season from December 31 to January 27.  Of course miracles do happen and perhaps this is just what the Sonics need.  Let’s see who takes the cake tonight, don’t forget to tune in and if you are lucky, get to the game well in advance with your pair of Los Angeles Lakers tickets in hand.
