Los Angeles Holds Their Ground!

Kobe Bryant once again proved that he is the Los Angeles bright shining star.  Of course he has some significant help from Pau Gasol and Derek Fisher.  Byant walked away from the recent game with Sacramento with an impressive 29 points and helped to keep the Lakers on track for the Pacific Division title with a 114-92 victory over the Kings on Sunday night.  The Lakers took over the Sacramento Kings without much effort.  The Lakers still trail the New Orleans Hornets by one and a half games for the Western Conference lead but they remain confident that they can overtake the Hornets for the number one spot.

Kobe Bryant was quoted in the Mercury News as saying, “I’ll watch a lit bit, mostly out of curiosity.  We want to be number 1 just for the sake of being number one, but it ultimately doesn’t matter because wherever you finish in the West, you’re going to have a tough matchup.”  Bryant, who has a habit of garnering quite a bit of attention wherever he goes, drew cheers from thousands of Lakers fans who infiltrated Arco Area to chant “MVP!” during the game.  Don’t miss out on this exceptional team, get your pair of Los Angeles Lakers tickets as soon as possible.
