The Fight Continues!

The Los Angeles Lakers didn’t expect the Utah Jazz to fight back with such conviction in the Western Conference Semifinals. Utah has recently won both of their home games, now setting the competition at an even mark with the top dog Lakers. The Jazz are now headed to Los Angeles to face the Lakers on their home turf. The Lakers have reason to be concerned: Kobe Bryant, their brightest star recently injured his back in Game number 5 and he was still feeling sore, something that could interfere with his ability to compete to his full potential.

Still coach Phil Jackson remains confident. In an article by Sports.com he was quoted as saying, ” We know we have homecourt advantage. We earned it. We feel very confident in our building.” The Los Angeles boasts a 16-3 record against the Jazz at home since the Staples Center first opened in 1999.
